BERIAH M. CLARK
(CHARLES W., JOHN K.) was born August 06, 1859 in Hopkins Co., Kentucky, and
died February 11, 1941 in Stoddard Co., MO. He married (1) UNKNOWN Abt. 1879. He
married (2) BENETTA ROBERTS July 04, 1886 in Hopkins Co., KY, daughter of SIMEON
(SIM) ROBERTS and ADELINE BRINKLEY. BENETTA was born February 14, 1868 in
Hopkins Co., Kentucky, and died August 13, 1938 in Essex, Stoddard Co., MO.
Notes for BENETTA ROBERTS:
According to the 1900 census records, Benetta's father and mother were born in
North Carolina. Benetta was born on Valentines Day. The 1900 census records also
indicate that Benetta gave birth to six children prior to 1900 but only four
were still living in 1900. Benetta's death certificate indicates that she was
buried at Pleasant Valley on August 14, 1938 and the undertaker was
Blankenship-Strickland of Dexter, MO.
